【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesthedeterminationoffree(syntheticandnatural)andtotal(peptide-boundandfree)aminoacidsinfeedingstuffs,usinganaminoacidanalyserorHPLCequipment.Itisapplicabletothefollowingaminoacids:—sumofcystineandcysteine;—methionine;—lysine;—threonine;—alanine;—arginine;—asparticacid;—glutamicacid;—glycine;—histidine;—isoleucine;—leucine;—phenylalanine;—proline;—serine;—tyrosine;—valine.Themethoddoesnotdistinguishbetweenthesaltsofaminoacids,nordoesitdifferentiatebetweenDandLformsofaminoacids.Itisnotvalidforthedeterminationoftryptophanorhydroxyanaloguesofaminoacids.Limitsofquantificationdependonthechromatographicequipment,butlevelsaslowas:0,3g/kgtotallysine;0,25g/kgtotalmethionine;0,35g/kgtotalcystinepluscysteine;0,2g/kgtotalthreonine;0,035g/kgfreelysine;0,035g/kgfreemethionine;and0,03g/kgfreethreoninecantypicallybeanalysed.NOTEAlowerlimitofquantificationordetectionmightbeachievablebutthisistobevalidatedbytheusers.
